A Montrose-area woman was killed Saturday, Dec. 19, in a two-car crash in Forest Lake Twp.

Holly Marie Eddy, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene on State Route 267, just south of State Route 4014, at about 7:14 p.m.

Eddy’s vehicle, along with another unidentified vehicle collided after one lost control on the icy roadway.

The crash closed the roadway for over two hours.

Tpr. Eric McAndrew investigated at the scene, and Pennsylvania State Police, Gibson barracks, are continuing to investigate.
