The trial of a Dallas man accused of intentionally running over and killing a Montrose man is scheduled to begin Jan. 5 in Susquehanna County Court.

Paul L. Paci Jr., 22, is charged with one count of criminal homicide. Police say he ran down and killed Russell Fauver after a July 2 fight that started at a Bridgewater Twp. tavern. The death happened on Blaisure Road in Jessup Twp.

Witness Timothy Sullivan, Paci’s friend, told police Fauver followed him and Paci to Sullivan’s home, where Fauver rammed the back of Paci’s vehicle. The two men exchanged words, Paci drove after Fauver and returned home and said, “I think I killed him.” Sullivan told Paci to shower to wash off Fauver’s blood, police said.
