Country singer-songwriter and 2006 American Idol finalist Kendall Phillips joins ‘Sonny on the Causeway’ to entertain the crowd Saturday night at the Harvest Moon Festival in Montrose. The annual festival is hosted by the Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church.
