A Hallstead man was walking on Rt. 11, Great Bend Twp. when he was struck and killed in a hit and run crash, Jan. 15, at about 1:30 a.m.

Earl Lyman Youngs, 20, was struck by the vehicle near Sunset Lanes and sustained fatal injuries.

Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a small SUV, silver in color, with black plastic trim.

The vehicle will also have damage to its front end and passenger side headlight assembly.
