Susquehanna<\/strong>
\nSophomore Kaylin Trynoski is a forward on the girls basketball team. She also plays volleyball and, in the spring, intends to go out for track & field to throw the javelin, shot put and discus.<\/p>\n

She is a member of the National Honor Society and participates in Envirothon.<\/p>\n

Trynoski also enjoys hunting and fishing. During the summer, she worked at Camp Chen-a-Wanda, a sleep away camp in Thompson.<\/p>\n

\u201cI worked in the office, answering phones,\u201d Trynoski said. \u201cI enjoyed it. It was a good experience. It was fun to work with the kids. And I met some international counselors.\u201d<\/p>\n

After graduation, Trynoski plans to attend college and pursue her Masters degree in athletic training.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d like to work in sports and with athletes,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Montrose<\/strong>
\nJoseph Hester is among the high school team\u2019s best wrestlers, placing in the top three in his weight class in multiple tournaments.<\/p>\n

In the Tunkhannock Kiwanis Tournament, he was in the top three with wrestlers from 26 schools represented.<\/p>\n

Hester wrestles because of the immense physical challenge it offers, and the reward of beating someone of equal or greater skill.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be successful at wrestling you have to work hard and be dedicated to it year round,\u201d Hester said.<\/p>\n

Forest City<\/strong>
\nJunior Kolby Rotella has played basketball since fifth grade.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the fast pace of the game,\u201d Rotella said. \u201cI love my coaches and teammates and feel like they are like a second family for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rotella not only loves the game, but he also passes what he has learned down to others.<\/p>\n

Every Saturday he instructs second-, third- and fourth-grade students at a basketball clinic, teaching them fundamental skills.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really enjoy working with those kids,\u201d Rotella said. \u201cThey remind me of myself when I was that young.\u201d<\/p>\n
