OSWIN CLARK<\/p><\/div>\n

An argument over alcohol led to a workplace shooting incident Monday morning in Oakland Twp and a 65-year-old Susquehanna man now faces charges, according to police.<\/p>\n

Police responded to a 9:15 a.m. report of a man shooting inside the Twin River Poly building, located on Rt. 171. Two employees working at the business had evacuated the building and were not hurt.<\/p>\n

When police arrived at the scene, Oswin Clark was discovered outside the building and no gun was observed.<\/p>\n

According to police, Clark was detained and questioned at the scene. He admitted to arguing with another employee over alcohol but stated he never had a gun. Clark was transported to the Gibson barracks for further questioning by police.<\/p>\n

A .45 caliber pistol was recovered from the scene, with one spent bullet casing and three live rounds on the floor in the area where the incident was reported to have taken place.<\/p>\n

Clark was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Brainard on a felony charge of terroristic threats and misdemeanor simple assault charge.<\/p>\n

Bail was set at $75,000. Clark is being held at the Susquehanna County Correctional Facility.<\/p>\n

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, Aug. 10 in New Milford District Court.
