Brooklyn and Harford Historical Society\u2019s joined together to create the Grand Marshal Trophy Winning first place float in the K-L-R Patriotic Parade.<\/p>\n

The float was a recreation of the \u201cCloud Dance\u201d held at the opening of the Martin Creek Viaduct 100 years ago.<\/p>\n

The Martin Creek Centennial Celebration will be held Sept. 5-6 in Kingsley.<\/p>\n

Others parade award recipients were:<\/p>\n

2nd place: South Montrose Community Church;<\/p>\n

3rd place: Candidate for County Commissioner Betsy Arnold float;<\/p>\n

4th place: Evangelical Free Church;<\/p>\n
