The driver in an Auburn Township ATV crash last August that claimed the life of his friend was sentenced Thursday in Susquehanna County Court.<\/p>\n

Cody Mosher, 24, Laceyville, will serve consecutive 15 to 30 month sentences for aggravated assault by motor vehicle while DUI; and involuntary manslaughter for the Aug. 29, 2014 crash that killed Jeremy Mowry, 38, of Meshoppen, and injured a juvenile passenger.<\/p>\n

He was also sentenced to serve six months probation for Driving Under the Influence.<\/p>\n

Part of the plea agreement provided for Mosher to be eligible for work release.<\/p>\n

Mosher had been scheduled for sentencing in March but had to undergo surgery to reconstruct his hand.<\/p>\n

Others sentenced Thursday, May 21 in the Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas included:
\nAaron Scott Vogel, 20, of New Milford, to 12 days to 12 months in Susquehanna County Correctional Facility for Receiving Stolen Property in Hallstead Borough on April 6, 2014.<\/p>\n

Mary Christine Sorak, 20, of New Milford, to 15 months probation, for Corruption of Minors in New Milford Borough on July 11, 2014.<\/p>\n

Danielle Louise Schrader, 23, of Southampton, to 12 months probation, for Theft by Unlawful Taking in Bridgewater Township on September 11, 2014.<\/p>\n

Seth Zachariah Piasecki, 22, of Scranton, to 1 to 15 months in Susquehanna County Correctional Facility for Corruption of Minors in Clifford Township on December 14, 2013.<\/p>\n

Scott J. Burman, 33, of Eynon, to 5 days to 6 months in Susquehanna County Correctional Facility, for Driving Under the Influence in Herrick Township on July 13, 2014.<\/p>\n

Robert W. Cole, 61, of Montrose, to 8 to 23 months in Susquehanna County Correctional Facility for Indecent Assault in Montrose Borough between 1997 and 2001.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
