Four others still face charges in connection to the burglaries.<\/p>\n<p>Joshua Calby and Frank Brannon Jr. were sentenced for conspiracy &#8211; burglary Thursday by President Judge Kenneth Seamans.<\/p>\n<p>Calby, 32, Montrose, was sentenced to serve 5-10 years in a state correctional facility; Brannon received 2-1\/2 to 10 years in a state facility.<\/p>\n<p>Residences, businesses and churches were targeted by the group, according to court documents.<br \/>\nThe plea agreement provides for restitution to the victims, including those that may not have been identified yet.<\/p>\n<p>The restitution to 16 victims and seven insurance companies totals over $20,000.<\/p>\n<p>One victim took the stand during the hearing. She told the court Calby was a family friend they had helped over the years. She said she felt \u201cdeeply betrayed\u201d by his actions.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the East Rush Church, another victim, submitted a letter to the court. In the letter from the church, the congregants said they were thankful the church was not vandalized and offered their prayers to those involved the burglaries.<\/p>\n<p>District Attorney Jason Legg said that members of the burglary ring \u2013 including Calby and Brannon \u2013 had not taken part in each burglary but were part of the larger conspiracy to commit the thefts.<\/p>\n<p>Others facing charges in connection with the burglaries are: Ryan Housen, Melinda Williams, Thomas Price and Raebecca Curry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY STACI WILSON Two men involved in a string of burglaries around Susquehanna County earlier this year will serve time in a state prison.
