Montrose\u2019s Jacob O\u2019Brien placed second in the District 2 Class AA Wrestling Championships held Saturday at the Kingston Armory.<\/p>\n

Blue Ridge\u2019s Dalton Hogle and Elk Lake\u2019s Blaise Cleveland pinned their opponents in the third-place 138 and 182 matches; and at 220 Chad Swift of Montrose took a 6-2 decision to earn a third place win.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Brien, Hogle, Cleveland and Swift all qualified to move on to the Northeast Regionals this weekend at Williamsport High School.<\/p>\n

Blue Ridge finished in eight place with 79.5 points; followed by Montrose in ninth with 75. Elk Lake finished in 12th place with 32 points.<\/p>\n
